Who runs this site

This website is operated by Isabelle van der Voorn, a freelance photographer based in Kongsberg, Norway, working under the name Fotografies. If you have any questions about your data, you can reach me at isabelle.fotografies@gmail.com.

What I collect

When you contact me. The contact form on this site collects your name, email address, the type of service you're interested in, and your message. The form is handled by Formspree, which delivers the submission to my inbox. Formspree may also process your IP address and browser metadata briefly for spam protection. I use what you send only to reply and, if we end up working together, to handle your booking.

Analytics. With your consent, I use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this site — which pages are popular, how visitors arrive, and what kind of device they're on. The data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally. IP addresses are anonymised before processing.

Cookies & storage

This site uses two kinds of browser storage:

• Essential. A small entry in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choice. It isn't a tracking cookie — it just keeps the site from asking you again on every page.
• Analytics (only with consent). Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_* cookies to recognise returning visitors and measure traffic. These are only set if you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set, and Google receives only anonymous, cookieless pings.

How long the data is kept

• Contact emails & enquiries. Kept as long as needed to handle your message, then archived or deleted.
• Analytics data. Retained at user level for 2 months (Google's default), then aggregated.

Where the data goes

Two third-party services help run this site:

• Formspree (United States) — receives contact form submissions and forwards them to my inbox. Transfers operate under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Google Analytics — processes anonymised usage data on Google's infrastructure, also under EU Standard Contractual Clauses for any transfers outside the EEA.

I do not sell, share, or rent your data to anyone. No advertising trackers, no remarketing, no third-party pixels.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Know what data is held about you
• Request a copy or have it corrected
• Have it deleted
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet)
